Since water and lightning both only require Level 10 Mana Arrow (For their 3rd job skills), most, if not all, would go for Arrow rush. And everyone knows arrow rush isn't the most accurate thing in the world, hence why you would need at least a 3 at sense stat, to hit decently. |
