For my Mst Dragon Blade, it took me 1, 1, 2, 2. From lvl 0 to lvl 1 to lvl 2 to lvl 3 to lvl 4, respectively. So I'm assuming that the format would be the same for all 171+ weps

And yes, lvl 170 weapons DO NOT apply.
