Oh yeah, good question. In the PVP waiting room, you have to talk to Don Giovanni and he'll ask you for three compound wastes. Once you give them to him, he'll send you to the Battlefield of Duel. The damage there isn't nerfed much, by the way, so you'll see some big numbers. I think I do about the same damage there I do to mobs in the field.
