Beside, what's the relation of your post with this thread? It's only one compound, hardly prove anything, if any.

@OP, compound mastery doesn't increase your compound rates by 65%, it increases the chance of getting better compound, but that doesn't mean you won't get a low compound anymore.

I will get this skill, if I have extra points to spare. The difference is usually negligible though, or so I heard.
