My guess's a Sheep or Dragon, who went Water/Lightning/Light.

1. Distributing the stat points in a "3 DP/1 LK" fashion means compensating the "lost" MA through equips.
2. Light Shield increases DP based on total MA. If character DP is given as "x + y", then Light Shield (and equips, partially) should handle the y part, while the added "3 DP" should handle the x part. In effect, physical attack damage should be reduced considerably.
3. The added LK should compensate, in turn, the LK that should be focused had the character went the normal route of adding his bonus stat pts. to MA. The need for LK is apparent in the use of Shard, and AR, and in reducing the hit rate of guns and magic-based attacks.
4. My choice in Lightning comes from my belief that this character is meant to be fully offensive, without sacrificing his defense. In a GvG/PvP scenario, instead of going as rear guard or waiting for his opponent to approach him, this character can (if I guess right), instead, do the charging. His DP takes care of any physical damage, his SoH should handle any possible OHKO skills, his LK can handle gun/magic attacks. Freed from thinking of how to survive enemy attacks, he can deal devastating damage by means of comboing his water skills with lightning skills, not to mention paralyze his enemies (if they aren't protected by Lightning Rod).
