1) My build right now is 3142; I've made up my mind to change my build graph when I reach 3rd job because I'm more of a pvp-type. However, what build should I change it to? I was thinking of 1144; however won't I lose a lot of AC/Gun dmg?

At level 200, a 1 in the power stat will give you around 61AC base. If you think you can get enough equips to compensate for that without stunting your fast grinding (Tech 4 mobs usually needs something around 330+ AC to OHKO with SS), then go for it, as it a 1144 build means greater survivability in PvP (even more if you pile on LK).

2) I'm currently Pure AC. However, should I start adding LK so I can be a hybrid AC/LK (since LK would be good in Pvp).

Personally, I'd rather concentrate on one stat for bonus point distribution, and then modify my equips on a needs-basis. Most gunners I know keep two sets of equips, one for hax AC and another for hax LK. 8D

3) Through 1st job -> 3rd job, should I use a gun or a dagger? Stone Strike pisses me off with it's bad accuracy; however I can be a melee fox to make up for it.

Dagger, IMO. Being a gunner is much more annoying without PS/DS/SS.

4) What should I comp on my equips? I know this depends on the build; but I want something good for a gunner fox (at least to help me survive pass the 3rd job trails xD)

Like I said, keep two sets: all-AC & all-LK. Also keep around some well-comped HP equips for those instances where you have to pull hara-kiri stunts and mix & match with your equip sets.
