| Fan of Knives is a decent ONLY if u can somehow amass a large amount of AC my Cyber Had Fan and with 350 AC and 400 DA it was the hotness however if ur 1144 or 2143 that may be a chore without myshop. But, if u just talking about PvM then i would say get it IMO its better than pouch ( I had both) and it also supplants the cooldowns of Stone Strike and Landmine which is very helpful. But thats my opinion as a Cyber Hunter if i dont like it i have a gun to use so ultimately its ur choice if u can get 300+ DA its should serve you well.
