| I think I'm going to rattle a few cages here when I say this, I think American schools would do nothing but benefit if they introduced school uniforms and a military style of thinking. Your replies will be:
*OMG my individuality!: Sorry, but you're teenagers. You have no concept of individuality. Even the folks here who try to buck everything aren't deviating far from what they're trying to fight. You'd probably think that uniformity will destroy everything you're working for, and you can't be more wrong. Instead, it creates more cohesive groups of like-minded thinkers.
*Uniformity forces different people to work together and think about a solution. In the short run, said group might win, but in the long run, everyone wins from learning the experience.
*Uniformity makes you stop worrying about stupid shit and start worrying about honest concerns.
That's all I have for now, but that's how I stand.
