i havent play hv cat so i dunno the lvling place but since ur DP is the same as an AP Cat i recommend taking Sturdy Shield as i said =p and since ur AP will be like my 4114 DP Cat, well u will have a really hard time lvling until lvl 60+ but later it pays off because of 2-step kick =p
try Popo lvl 30 SE forest (SE exit of Megalopolis) thats where i trained with my AP and DP Cat
PS: GT is good u will lvl fast until lvl 60 but then its gonna be hell expensive(if High Kick isnt out yet) and also u will be wasting those 13 PTS , i would rather go PB for 12 PTS and those PTS arent wasted cuz of 2-step kick later later
PS: my previous GT DP Cat lvl 63 used up about 1M Galder to reach lvl 45 ^^

hum, can be good ive never really thought about it, let me do some calculation =p
AP/HV is good at High Kick and have decent AP for decent normal atttack and could also go Make-Up with decent evasion
while AP/DP won't be that good at High Kick and wont be that good at Concert Tour, both decent, but i guess the power of Hybrid AP/DP would be Make-Up skills cuz u will have a decent DP boost to afford the -30% DP from Make-Up and do some decent damage
in fact u will be a better version of my Experimental DP Cat, but ur Concert Tour won't be able to "one shot" monsters and thats what i want with my DP cat =p
i guess its a decent hybrid build, ill add it later with some calculation ^^
