Guild Section Applications

Please fill out this application:

Guild Name: (Or planning name in this case.)

Guild Leader: (Should be you. Otherwise state your guild leader's Username at MyTrickster.net. This person will get the mod powers.)

Guild Members: (Member's Username at MyTrickster.net.)

Short Description: (A short description you want visitors to see in the list of Guilds.) (Optional),
Default is Guild Leader: xxxx | Sub Leaders: xxxx, xxxx

Guild Section Information:

Each guild will be given a forum section in the Guild Section Board. Guild leaders are given moderation powers along with two other Guild junior-leaders (optional after guild section is given, pm Baikin) for their forum section. Moderation powers include sticky/unsticky threads, close/open threads, edit threads and posts, and soft delete (thread still exists, but marked as deleted so no one is able to view it besides admins). Guild leaders can either decide if their section is a public section where they let any forum member post or a private one where only guild member gets to post (posts will be deleted by the guild leader). It's really up the guild leaders on what happens in the guild sections.

All forum rules still apply. If we find multiple rules have been broken by a guild, then the guild section will be closed. (This is why guild leaders get mod powers, to keep their guild section from getting closed)
Please post guild section requests under this new section =]

UPDATE: Please include whether your guild is a Jewelia guild or Fantasia guild. This will help us create them in the proper sections. Thanks.

UPDATE: To ensure maximum usage of our forum space, we require a guild have at least 15 MyTrickster.net members before requesting a guild forum. We've had a few close recently due to inactivity.

This number may change in the future but it's 15 for now.

UPDATE: Many of you have noticed that some guild sections take quite a while to create. While some of this is due, in part, to our oversight - many are ignored intentionally.

Why?

They're not in the proper format or don't meet the requirements (mainly the 15 member requirement).

A little insight for you: It takes us 15-20 minutes to properly create and test a guild section, it's related private section, create the guild user group, assign all the leaders to the Guild Leaders group, and give them moderation rights over that section. When I waste 20 minutes of my life on a section that's never used it irritates me - and I'm sure the other admins feel similar. That's the reason for the 15 person requirement. It's an attempt to be sure the forum will be used.

If you post a guild and list members, please include their MyTrickster names. I checked a guild section request today and all 5 names that i verified at random were not found.

In the future, non-compliant requests will be closed and/or deleted at the admin's discretion. Thanks.
