A problem with guild member groups

I noticed that for several of the guild member groups, you can just get into them without any requirements. They aren't set up for anyone to approve the applicants, first.

These member groups should require guild leaders and subs to accept them like all the other guild groups, to prevent anyone from possibly posing as people from a particular guild when they aren't actually in it.

I..don't understand. Most group memberships need approval from the guild leader before they can joined. I assumed it was set by the guild masters themselves.

They do require approval from a group leader. They work under the same concept as the Guide Authors group I created to cut down on unwanted guide section questions.
