Of course it is, it's in the correct section. Life & Relationship section would've been fine as well.

The problem is that you posted your little dating profile in the wrong section. When a thread is posted in an incorrect section, they either get moved or locked.

That's the reason your thread was "TO be" locked. This is so simple that you could've send a pm to any of the mods.
