Oh yeah, I forgot that I received a donation of 10 spicy dragon cards from Keki the other day *whistles*. Make sure you grab them from me next time. Beware it weighs 150WT each though!

As for the weapons, I think you can just NPC the garbage ones since they're mainly junk nowadays and just deposit that amount in the vault (or keep them as a payment to you as the secretary).
