XD I've been discussing this with Ibuki (who's been a lot of help) and with Nanayat (who's been little help) :angry:, and I think that we need to make the card community seem more open to everyone. :3 Therefore, I've decided to make a new concept thingy. Basically, it's Card Battling, but a tad more user friendly. I found the previous way of hosting tournies was a bit uninviting. Putting myself in the shoes of a newbie, I wouldn't really want to go to a tourney. It's too far, I wouldn't be able to beat anyone, I don't know anyone... Additionally, this idea kinda ties tournies together rather than having them all separate. Granted, they're still separate tournies, but there's a common thread between them all.    Anything I missed, Ibuki? But anyway, I'll need a few hosts to help me out with this. I'm hoping to make this into a more of a joint concept rather than an "anyone hosts at any time" kind of thing. Granted, we'll can still have those, but it just looks more professional this way. Anyone want to volunteer? Additionally, we need to discuss minor details, such as prizes and all. So far, we have me, Ibuki, Nanayat, Danzig and (possibly) Buffawoman? :3 Send me your MSNs, we'll get a chat team together. And if this is successful on Jewelia, I'll set up something for Fantasia, too. XD Just to see if we get a high enough turnout in order for this to be okay. |
