#7.a) AP Cat:

Maybe there is a mistake in Titanium Wrist formula but if there isnt , Power Blow + Titanium Wrist is completly useless for AP Cat since High Kick will do more damage than PB+TW
That means you can make your way till TM 51 without getting Power Blow
This also means you can use Galder Thrower to lvl faster to TM 51 but here if you don't wanna take Power Blow don't take Galder Thrower, why waste points on a slow skill that you will never re-use again once you reach TM 51 and get High Kick
Remember you will need Power Blow for future 3rd job skills so its not a waste to get Power Blow in the beginning

actually you may be wrong in this part, Power Blow and Titanium Wrist may work with 2 step kick, since it's passive and does add 80%percent to Power Blow.

yea i think PB formula should be like this
PB+TW= AP * (1.8 + 2.4)

this way PB does a little more damage than HK but still lose if u take into consideration the cooldown

ill edit my tread later

but im still thinking about the 5 master per job only
that means if i want all the skill i want ill have to wait for class change until TM 80+ thats hecka hard

job change is only tm lvl50

anyways i may be wrong, i'm not sure i only heard this from some people.

but then again i may be wrong because you are able to scroll down up to 10

Class change is available at TM 50. It's absurd to think you can only change at that time. So, yes. You can be TM 80+ and still do the job change.

You don't have to, But if you want to master 6 you can't.

You can only master 5 more skills from your second job.
That's absurd, you can master as many skills per job as you wish.

Also, just because one skill outdamages another, it doesn't make the weaker skill obsolete. For example, even though Hich Kick has a very fast cooldown, it has to cooldown regardless. While it is, you can throw off a Power Blow/Galder Thrower/Final Blow whatever it is, to dish even more damage while waiting for High Kick to cooldown. The weaker skill may do less damage.. but it does considerable damage anyways, so why not spam them all?

High Kick cooldown is 1.5sec it's quite fast , while your character does the High Kick (meaning the High Kick animation is played) few times will have already passed, you might already be able to re-use High Kick at the end of the 1st High Kick animation or even if you still have time for another skill it will be just one skill

Sure, but we don't even know how fast the casting animation is for High Kick but I still think it's best to throw in another skill while it's cooling down.

i don't see how i can improve my guide =p i just need more jTO players to get more information on Make-Up skills and 3rd job skills

Thanks for your guide \o/

I like your guide, it helps me by letting me start using up the skill points for my cat...Before your guide, I'm confused over galder throw/power blow, till now I can get a deeper insight of the skills... I can make my choice ^^ -skips galder throw- patience pays :)

Let's not forget its an area of effect skill, up to 4 targets ^_^
This is a common misconception. When Shield All and Sturdy Shield combine, they aren't multiplied together but are added together. So for me with master sturdy and lvl 10 all shield, its not (DP * 1.15 * 1.34) its (DP * 1.49). You can check this yourself ingame. And I assume the same is true for Fan club. The DP bonus is still great so it doesn't change the skill build. But it should be mentioned/corrected because just about EVERYBODY thinks they're multiplied together.

Example: Look at my picture of my cat in the screenshot section. My DP in the picture is 628+1119 (or 1747 total) My Dp without buffs was 628+545(or 1173). now lets do the math:

1173 * 1.49= 1747.77 (ALL fractions are ommited(truncated) no rounding nonsense)
1173 * 1.34 * 1.15 = 1807.593 Which was definitely not my dp :P

yea i was thinking about this but didnt check it yet

im a pure ap cat and i already mastered "dodgemaster" , but u said that dodgemaster is not that important for an AP(pure) cat,
so , that means i only wasted alot of TM points? = (

Some of this info is wrong. First off, the +ap you get from equipment doesn't apply to the bonus AP from MU. The AP bonus from MU is your base AP *3.5 and the forumla for Wild Rush is AP*3.

Level 151 - 4114 all bonus into AP

AP: 1,218

Make-Up AP Bonus: 1,218 * 3.5 = 4,263

Wild Rush: 4,263 * 3 = 12,789

I got all this info from the jwiki which is the most reliable source of trickster information as of now.
