I heard that the hit rate of charm wink is dependent on HV, is that true..?

anyway it has low successes rate so it doesnt really matter

You have only a 40% - 60% Chance of hitting with Charm Wink.

^oh oh yeah... i have nightmares from my wink too! Actually i stopped using my Wink... i kinda ditched that skill. lol

Its the same with my Skunk, both seem to fail on me like crazy the last time.
But Wink is even worse... like kago said, its based on RL luck, which is kinda sad =.=

Sometimes my Wink are on a lucky streak, and I manage to Wink a lot.

Other times it is like a nightmare... >.>

Makes me wonder if a certain stat actually opposes Wink's hit rate.
Like a high LK mage could not be easily Wink'd as another mage....

^ no that definetly isnt the case.
That would mean that you can wink noobs/naked chars without problems.

but sadly, this isnt working, sometimes it takes me 5~6 tries to wink my naked lvl 37 Mule (my test victim xD). Same goes for skunk... its really based on real life Luck.

Skunk seems to fail more if the person is lower than you...makes no sense.

Also, some people say the more HV you have, the less Fear hits....>_> i kinda doubt that

But about wink...it seems pretty accurate. My cat friend decided to wink me for fun and got 7/10 success.

I heard that skills like skunk are much more accurate when mastered....anyone tried that?
