| The same old question, once again And the question is: Prima or Diva?
I've read the thread below " Help me!! Diva or Primadonna??" (very interesting, btw), but my build here is kindda different: my cat is 3124, all bonus points pumping both my AP & HV. I keep them balanced at the same lvl. This "weird" stat repartition now makes the job advancement thing really complicated...
About the skills: PRIMADONNA:
-Jazz Combo is cool, but the MP cost makes it hard to use for the everyday's grindfest. And since i'm hybrid AP/HV, won't it be less powerful than a pure HV build? After all i've read, i'm still confused on how AP/HV works on each strike.
-Entrancing Wink is a pure pvp/gvg skill (and i barely fight in the arena) so i don't give a dam about this one.
-And that's all for Prima (wow, that was quick)! ...Exept if the new upcoming skill, supposed to be evo-related, comes out in the near future. And i really like anything related to Evo! I have high expectations on it. DIVA:
Tons of skills here:
-All the cards stuff: obviously one the main reason to go Diva, some new AoE skills in the arsenal, it never hurts. But here again, with power growth=3 and not being full AP -> don't know if it's really worth it.
-The defense skills, Super hips / Bodyguard. To be honest i don't especially look for them, defense/pvp stuff is not my priority.
-Impelling rage/Flux capacitor: I don't know exactly what they are made of, and if they would fit my AP/HV build.
-Last but not least, TM requirements for Diva skills are high, dunno if i will have enough patience to get them (especially the last ones, One Pair/ Impelling rage)...
Being 3124 hybrid AP/HV is cool, but it doesn't help to make up my mind :/ I'd appreciate any suggestion, I don't want to screw up my char, thanks!

| Either would work for you. But don't look forward to new AoEs if you go Diva because you're really only getting one, Impelling Rage. The splash on the card skills fails hard. The monsters pretty much have to be on top of each other. Although, One Pair is a nice skill 'cause it's pretty strong, good to combo with Volley Kick if it doesn't OHKO. I think Prima is more PvP-designed because Jazz Combo has a huge MP cost, not fit for training. If you go Diva, you have more PvM skills in your arsenal.

| The difference between pure AP and pure HV in terms of card damage isn't that too high, so don't worry about whether you think you're going to do poorly if you go Diva. Besides, with that stat set-up, your damage would be just fine.
Flux Capacitor may actually be helpful in training if you don't want to carry MP pots a lot. But, it eats up 22% of your HP, and converts 90% of the consumed HP to MP (at mastered level; imagine having 10k HP, you'll lose 2200 HP, and heal 1980 MP), so it may not be a good idea to use at all times.
Again, to choose Prima is to choose specialization and damage, since 2-hit combo is the highest damage cat skill currently. Entrancing Wink is GvG/PvP exclusive skill (unless you hunt Odinea and Spicy, but that wouldn't be a good idea...). If you don't like to go in the battle arena or PvP rooms, then go Diva, since their skills are more PvM-oriented (though Divas can also hold up well in PvP, what with their defense skills).
Oh, another thing to think in choosing which class: do you like red, or would you want to be in green (of course, MyShop can fix this, but meh, a lot of Primas I know chose their 3rd Job because they don't like green).

| Flux Capacitor is VERY helpful, i was one of the people who hated it when it came out, and now i love it, inside and outside GvG/PvP, its good in PvM.
And Super Hip's is amazing, in PvM as well, keeps annoying monsters from doing crits on you with all this massive lag going on.
Also with Diva you get 1pair which is amazingly powerful.
Pure is nearly 100% PvP/GvG class...IMO atleast

| Ok, what i expected from the card skills was some good AoE, but it's not that good, in the end. But sometimes when i train, i don't even see the coon on my screen, but i see some random flying card coming from nowhere, then changing direction, that's amazing. What skill is that? The same one with the "O" or "X" on it?
Flux capacitor doesn't appeal me much, too. I'd rather have a skill that takes some MP to resplenish the HP... Oh, but it already exists, "Cure" you say? Well i want a hybrid entertainer/mage kitty, then! (with dark lance, possibly?) q:
About Jazz combo: according to some screenshots here and there, it looks like the damage of the 2 hits are never the same, but the total damage, is. For example:
1st hit:12k, 2nd hit: 18k, total 30k, or
1st hit:10k, 2nd hit: 20k, total:30k, or
1st hit:13k, 2nd hit: 17k, total:30k, always the same total. Is it possible to know what of the AP, or HV, has the more incidence on the total damage? The wiki formula speaks of PB lvl and VK lvl, not directly of AP/HV by themselves, it's kindda confusing.
Last, about impelling rage: based on "remaining HP", it looks like siren song. Is it a skill especially made for the DP/HP builds, or (almost) anybody can make a good use of it? Thx for your help!

| Hybrid Prima here.
2-Hit's 1st hit is based more on AP, the 2nd hit based more on HV. If you combine the 2 together, pure AP will have slightly more damage then pure HV, though not by much.
IMO, if you are not into PvP, go Diva. 2-Hit and Charm Wink ain't exactly your PvM skills. | | (Offline)

Proof:
check my Wink, its already casted on odinea and the cooldown from Wink is over too, which means Odinea is Winked for more then 4 seconds, but she can still cast AR -.-
@Topic
Dont go Prima for Charm Wink. IT FAILS! Go Prima for 2-Step, its really the best offensive skill Kittys can get. Otherwise go Diva for Superhips and OP. Having a strong Range Attack is good. Impelling Range fails with low HP too.
Regarding that new Evo Skill: I heard that its 3 times more powerfull than Beast Claw. :x (i dont trust rumours tho xD)

on topic: I'd like to add to what other people said.
if you go hybrid, OP is an amazing skill in or out of training, I get ohko'd by it all the time (lion -_-; ). so if you pvp/gvg alot, you may not be doing as much damage as pures, but you will still be doing quite a bit, and you will survive longer with the added defense skills
