My Raccoon Needs a HUG!

Hello, please help me cause i dont know what to do.

My Raccon is level [35].
His build is [3124]
his bonus points is add to ap/hv [ap3 - hv1]

skills:
[Power blow] level 10


Now my questions are:

1) should I continue adding to ap and Hv like what i did to the past 35 levels?
or should I change to pure AP, pure HV, or whatever convenient?

2) what skills should I get?


Thats all for the mean time, please help me, i really need your help.
I dont wanna screw up, because I wasted a lot of money AND quest items D:
