Trickster Stats  Arcade Awards MyTrade: (0) | Inactivness of Club... There ar plenty of members in this club, however there's one problem that has continued since the club began...Club Activness. It seems no one except me and Molli attend all the meetings...these past few days i've had to search for other people in order to form a Techi party. Now i know i can't force you all to come to my meetings, but the point of this club is so you can all find Techi parties easier. If none of you come to the meetings to seek out club members, then what's the point of meetings? I think the problem with my meetings could be that they are too early. However, even when it is 5pm PST not many club members are on. Also, i live in the eastern timezone, and i have no choice but to close my comp at 6pm PST and begin playing at 3pm PST...yes, that's as much time i get to play on the comp on weekdays... If anyone knows the reason why the meetings go virtually ignored, please post it here...

Trickster Stats Arcade Awards MyTrade: (0) | I see...the biggest issues are the timezones. I was planning on making it so that the more club members we had, the less bad the timezone issues are. However, a lot of you seem to not be on at the same time as the other club members...due to business you all need to deal with. Understandable, but i just can't help thinking that there's a way to make this club more active...

Trickster Stats Arcade Awards MyTrade: (0) | As a club, we must all think of a solution... Like a new meeting time that EVERYBODY will be able to log on at most commonly? A new gathering place? A new party forming system? Anything like that? I'm trying to think of possible solution myself. Everyone's timezones is not TOO far off, so maybe i can change the meeting times so that you people will be able to come to my meetings more... Right now i feel like i'm an inaffective leader, because this club is not active enough...

Trickster Stats Arcade Awards MyTrade: (0) | To make life easier we should meet on pearl at like path to snow hills or such and so we can decided to stay on pearl or go to ruby. Because I like being on pearl when not training but once we have a party I wouldn't mind. Just a thought!

Trickster Stats Arcade Awards MyTrade: (6) | Might I suggest something: When we have guild meetings we generally run a poll to see what's best for everyone. Also, we've thrown the idea around of two meetins - one suited for the GMT+8/10 crowd and one for the GMT-8 crowd. The GMT-(5-7) can generally make the -8 meeting and the GMT+0/1 can usually make either. |
