Trickster Stats  Arcade Awards MyTrade: (32) | MR = mana ring, yes. You can drill up to TM 20. ;P It's not impossible. People (including me!) have gone to TM 55 for the elemental skills without getting any job1 attack spells at all before card quests were out, so it ought to be even easier now.

Trickster Stats Arcade Awards MyTrade: (0) | Erm..I'm confused about what i should be heading towards. I currently have lvl 6 MArrow, lvl 10 MRing, lvl 1 MWeb, lvl 4 cure and invincible casting. I don't wanna waste my TMpoints by lvling up skills i won't need. I was thinking of Fire/Lightning or Water/Lightning. I have a 1432 build. >< I just began playing TO so I'm rather confused. |

If you can muster the patience to wade through the muck of the lower levels, however, you could pull of a wind/water build with those skills pretty nicely. You'll want to get Cure to 10 and level 1 Bottle of Mana soon, followed by saving points for Mist of Mana and then getting your first elemental spell. You can probably leave mana arrow at 6 for a long time, or until you decide whether you want to pick up AR. Fire/lightning can work with it, but you'll find that web will be almost completely useless. (In water builds, you can use web with Water Web, drip bomb's upgrade at TM 85.) It's only one points for level 1, though, so it probably won't be that big a deal. Your growth build of 1432 will work just fine with almost any build (except wind/earth), so no worries there, and Invincible Casting is a good choice, so stay on with that, whether you restart or continue as is. <edit>After a moment's thought, I'm pretty sure you could do water/lightning, too. It requires so few TM points compared to other element combinations that you could fit in MR just fine. However, like I said, if you continue, it might make leveling a bit slower for some time. Most players choose just one job1 spell to start with to get mist and their first elemental spells as early as possible.

EDIT: I only saw this guide now. Actually, in my sig, my sub only says fire/lightning but i haven't completely decided yet so i haven't gotten any elemental skill card yet and got AR mastered and mana mist mastered. After reading this, it made me want to be Fire/Lightning then. Good guide i have to say. - This may have been said before though i'm not sure but water's third job skill doesn't have AoE.

Lightening/Fire? or Lightening/Water? but I dunno~ cause I already have storm does that mean I should choose wind? @3@ This guide did help me understand more but I can't decide~ Help please?  |

Trickster Stats Arcade Awards MyTrade: (0) | Hummm Water/Wind is your path I would say, if you have Mana Storm to that Lv and mastered Mana Arrow. Wind skills need Mana Storm later on and Water skill need Mana Arrow (and so does Lighting). Also, do NOT lvl up Bottle of Mana or any other skill except MIST OF MANA anymore. You could also try Water/Lighting... since its pre-requirements are almost minimum. |

Trickster Stats Arcade Awards MyTrade: (0) | hey the guide helped me so much. my first thought was to make a eartyh/wind sheep, but wind blade isnt exactly wat i want, and cleaving tera takes too long to cast that i might die while casting it. my bard ha a low sense w/high magic/attacks, so im think of choosing wATER/LIGHTNING NOW. IM 50% MORE UNTIL TM LVL55 ;D |

Trickster Stats Arcade Awards MyTrade: (0) | I'm a level 35/30 sheep with a 1423 build and: Mana Arrow: lvl 1 Mana Ring: lvl 9 Cure: lvl 5 Invincible Casting (Sad list, isn't it?) I was planning on being a Fire/Earth but now I'm not so sure. So I'm asking people with Fire/Earth and Earth/Wind builds if they like their builds and why. I'm torn between the two. |

I like wind because it is fast and (relatively) powerful, monsters rarely get many hits in before I tear them apart with my wind magic. I like cleaving Terra because of its huge range and size... I also like the animation :P. If there is a huge group of enemies, I can smash them with cleaving terra then when the mob gets close enough finish them off with wind blade. I'm not too particularly fond of Earth or Wind's second skills. |
