Hi! I was wondering, what if I skip Mana Storm for the Wind/Water build? I'm a Sheep, and am thinking of going Water/Wind, but I happen to detest Mana Storm. Is it really necessary? Because I hear that leveling is fine with Arrow Rush + Wind Blade + Razor Gale + Mana Ring.

Well, my guide is more for Wizards instead of sheep, where you mostly use Mana Storm to get other skills. It's not really used to leveling at all unless you choose to level with that skill 1st job. As a sheep, I'd jsut say skip it, because whirlwind is not that great for leveling as Water/Wind. Light Dragons need Mana Storm to get their best attack, Radiant Strike, while Darks need it for their strongest dark attack, Gravity Crush.

How about as far as MyShop sets go? I'm thinking of buying the Freesia Special Set, West Wind Set ( Got a Mr Shiny Head to replace Zephryus ), Saturn/Pluto Special Set and the new Wisdom Special Set.

Yeah, it's expensive I know.

Any advice on what sets to/not to get? Especially the Saturn/Pluto one. I can't decide.

Pluto is better than Saturn IMO, because it gives you more LK. If you have the money, then go ahead and get all of those sets if you want, but the pre-100 MyShop is not usually as "haxx" as the 110+ sets
