Ronin's new mage (help o.o)

aight well i made a light mage (most of you already know http://mytrickster.net/forum/trickst...-omfg-lol.html) and im at lv 31 right now and im not allwoed on weekdays so im posting this in hope of help..ok on to the question:

Well im new to light mages and im a 1423 all ma so far lv 31/35 TM and i have the following skills

9 mana ring
1 arrow
10 cure
1 bottle
invin cast

and all i really need help is with equips what do i need to wear?

luck hats? ma hats?

dp shields? hp shields?

dp pets? ma oriented pets?

luck accessories? ma accessories? hp accessories? dp...?

alittle about me: i can kite without being hit for 30-40min and.. ummm i hit 80-90% of the time with rings

Mainly MA stuff, since Light has a high accuracy.
You won't be needing DP alot, just HP. You're a 3 charmed.

If you're like Waffles(LK Obsessed)and if you have good kiting skills(Hit and run). Take on the 1441 and be a full LK, wear MA equipments and you're done :3. The LK will help you compound, IF you do not have a fox/lion/compounding character. You might want more opinion. I'm not very good >_>

im a dark mage (1441 full MA) myself so i havent research too too much on light mages.

- less LK required for light. A well refined/conpounded staff should do the trick for LK. Go for MA oriented Hats/Pets/Rings and a HP shield > DP shield for any mage build.

that should probably do you fine for PvM. As for PvP, its always good to have diff sets of gear dependin on who you fight. Mages will still need LK against Sense types and other magic types reguardless of Light or Dark build. Rings and Typhoons will miss more than you like on high LK mages if you dont have LK. As for power/charm types, a good set of MA gear is awesome seeing as they have no LK to dodge attacks.

hmm ok what about finance of a dragon? are we expensive later on or do we start earning lots of cash hat lv 60+

well mage gear tends to be a bit more since master hats/staffs are only dropped by bosses and are less common than the usual custom/craft/odd gear used. Swamp 2 is where i started making money as a mage, them swamp sharks drop weapons like candy. Once you get to tech1, you can easily make 1m per hour on the map. If you can solo boss's later do a lot of tha too (which i didnt =/ ) itll bring in a lot of $$ as well.

Lights are the opposite of Darks.
Their 2nd job attack skills require not as much LK because their skill accuracy is pretty high.
Unless your sticking with 1st job skills, go full MA. Against High LKs mages, well, if you can click fast and have the right timing, you can kill High Lk mages (around the same lvl). That's why most lights I've seen have gone with 1423 or 1414. (cure cancels LK mages' weak ARs > >)
Wrath has pretty much said it. When you can train at swamp 2, you start to earn money rapidly. Path to Snow offers about the same amount of income as swamp 2. As for DP and HP shields. Well, I always rely on HP but seeing how charms take damage, you can try and use a DP shield. You got cure anyways. For compounding.......I have my secrets now.
