TM help, soulmaster/witch help

Hey, I'm currently a level 130, TM 110 lightning/water bard. [build: 1441]
I always do PvM. I've done all the TM quests I can, so where should I grind in order to obtain as many TM points as possible in a short amount of time? [desperate]

Also, I can't decide between becoming a witch or a soulmaster. Knowing that I am 1441, I *should* go light or dark for the shield skills, but I don't know how effective the new soulmaster "blessings" skills are. Also, which is better for my type+build; dark, or light?

I am a coon o..o so i know nothing about Magical types :3
but i do know a place where many 3rd job sheepehs are lurking

since the site name has been censured for being naughty, google my mmo game o..o i think this site will be helpful to you in your quest for TM points. I personaly dug alot ;-; but Your TM should catch back up to your Level by 200 o..o

All I can help out is on the blessings, and even then I don't know too much.
It doesn't reduce dmg, but deals back a portion of the dmg dealt to you.
When it deals dmg, you don't gain exp.
In PvP it deals little to no dmg because it's reduced by DP.
For those two above reasons, if I'm not mistaken, people aren't getting it.
But I would consider your elements, and what you could get through third job. Like, Water/Thunder might go pure for Staff of Thunder to combo with Shard of Glacier maybe.

Well, if I were to go pure, that's what I had in mind, using staff of thunder, shard of glacier, and AR, etc. It just doesn't seem that I'll get too many new attacks for going soulmaster.
Now I need to know whether going light or dark will benefit me more ><
