wind/water dragon build

would a wind/water dragon be a go idea i just began my character Roughdolpho lvl 14 with a 1441 build, i have been putting all my stat points into MA, i chose to learn Mana Arrow and invincible casting, is it possible to learn Mana Arrow, Ring, and Storm to level 10 so that i could learn Shard of the Glacier, Whirlwind, and Razor Gail

Well, yes, you could learn all those skills eventually, however, just know that it'll be just a little bit TM heavy.

Also, if you're 1441, I'd suggest not getting Whirlwind. In order for Whirlwind to work, you have to sit still as it's DoT (damage over time) effect ticks every...2 seconds? That 1 in Charm is definitely not going to help you when monsters decide to beat on you, but if you have super-awesome myhaxx gear, then you might be fine (emphasis on might). The only thing you can't do while Whirlwind-ing is move, so you can still pot and cast, as long as you don't move.

You also may want to choose to master Mana Arrow and pick up Arrow Rush, too. I'm not too sure if Water/Winds get this early or not, but it's one of the strongest spells period, though it's cast time is a little long. If not, just stick with your 10 in Ring to combo.
