if you're getting skill just as a prequisite, then mastering them is pointless don't you think? not to criticize, but perhaps it is best just to get the minimum requirement to gain your next skill. afterall, it'll save you some tm points and if anything else, a few points here and there goes a long way. and besides, does mastering a skill that much difference from lvl 10? okay, yeah maybe even by 200 damage but don't get me wrong. you can't exactly 1 hit everything, and will you even later use this skill. . . i mean ever?
