MyShop Fraud Bans

Attention to all MyTrickster.net members that were banned from the game due to fradulent MyShop transactions:

Many of you saw our efforts in helping Lucifarius. Little did we know, this was but the tip of the proverbial iceberg for these type bans. We, the MyTrickster.net staff, have devised a way to try and help you but there are some limitations. Here's the rules:

1) Only MyTrickster.net members who have been with us at least 2 months.

2) If the amount you owe is over $50, we cannot help you. My apologies but we have to keep the interest of the community in mind.

3) If your name appears in the MyShop scammers thread (before this post) then we cannot help you. We will not condone scams. However, if I see people adding others to that list in an effort to keep us from helping them then I will ban you personally.

4) No multiple accounts from the same person. If you had more than one account banned then unfortunately we can only help one.

5) This is the last time we will be able to help anyone. While I do want to help our community, we don't want the mindset of "it's ok to do this - MT will bail us out" becoming commonplace.

Here's the information I need from you if you were a victim:

- A screenshot of the 1:1 support showing how much you owe. I must be able to read the amount.
- A screenshot of the block message when you try to log in. Do not black out the account name.
- Your account name, first name, and last name (that you registered with Trickster Online). I do not need any other personal information so please do not include it.

If you don't want to provide the information requested that is your choice but be advised that I cannot help you without this information. Your information will be kept confidential.

If this affects you please PM me the requested information no later than Friday, 22 June 2007 at 23:59. I'll begin my part of this deal then. Please do not post your information in this thread!

Oh, and this applies to anyone who already sent me an amount because I need some more information and I don't know which of these people were able to pay it themselves. If you still need help please re-submit the requested information.

What about the password? Some people might be overprotective...

Ok I didnt get banned but i saved the other 505834589 people from asking it
I dont think they'd care if the pass was like ******** or **************
(btw those are like "password" and "thepassword") you cant crack it THAT easy

They can black out the password. Do not send me passwords LOL. I just need the account name because Ntreev requires it and I need to make sure the names match. While I'd hope no one tried to take advantage of our good will I have to be realistic.

i know this is maybe a stupid question. But how can we get A screenshot of the block message when i try to log in? because when i try to log in its automaticly close the trickster and back to the window. An theres a pop up show. It say

Account is Blocked

Block reason: unauthorized transaction
Release time: 2034-11-05 06:00

You have to send a 1:1 support and ask them. They will answer with the amount.

You ask them in 1:1 by selecting the billing category. Basically tell them your account is blocked and you wish to pay to unblock it (ask for the amount you owe).

Q: Our account name would be our username when we long in, right?

Also to everyone, make sure to send your 1:1's to billing because billing should take no longer than a day in these serious situations whereas the Game/Tech could take 3 days to a week for a reply.
