Sites, Services or Software, or otherwise commercially exploit the same, without the prior express written consent of Ntreev USA Inc. Basically, the site is illegal... When they use myshop, (a service) in exchange for participating in these contests and offers. Then when they sell that information to the ad companies, they're profiting. And Ntreev doesn't like that. Though I guess using the site isn't against the rules, and just hope those guys don't get sued. I doubt they were given permission.
