Trickster Stats  Arcade Awards MyTrade: (6) | Issues with Staff Members I'd like to reiterate proper procedures for handling problems with staff members. If you have a problem with a moderator (Teal name) the proper method is to PRIVATE MESSAGE a super moderator (Red name). If you do not feel the situation was handled or your problem is with a super moderator, PRIVATE MESSAGE an administrator (Green name). If you still don’t feel your situation was handled properly you are free to contact the site’s owners – Baikin or Metal. Generally, the response from the administrator is final. If you decide to “take justice into your own hands” by publicly disputing or arguing with a staff member, you will lose every single time. This includes, but is not limited to, direct flaming of the moderator, flaming of the staff in general, posting threads about it, posting in existing threads about it, and advertising it in your signature. Users are entitled to their opinion and we welcome any concerns brought up by our members. However, you must realize there are proper channels to handle these issues. Attempting to “prove a point” by handling these situations in public will only cause you to lose. Also, keep in mind our staff is not perfect. We have bad days and we make bad decisions. I do, however, feel we have the most professional staff of any forum I have ever used. Staff members are: Teal Name (Moderator) Red Name (Super Moderator) Orange Name (Jr. Admin) Green Name (Administrator) Staff members are not: Blue Name (VIP/Wiki Editors) Light Blue Name (Guild Leaders) TBD Color Name (Site Supporters) Guild leaders are moderators only in their respective guild sections. They are not members of the overall forum staff. |

I've had this problem before last year before I became moderator feeling a but unfair towards an Admin (it's all done and over with). Question, if there's a debate with the situation, will it be taken privately with the admins and other higher ops, or would it be discussed in a private forum section that would include normal mods? |
