Green = Admin

Red = supermod/global mod

Red: are Super-moderators only.
Teal: are Moderators.
Blue: are VIP's given to ex-mods or special circumstances. (Including Wiki-related)
Light Blue: are Guild Leaders/subs that requested a section on MT. They have the powers in their own guild section only.
Pink: are donated members who wants to help keep up the server

Being a moderator means you should be mature, active and serious. I'm not saying they need to be serious all the time, but they should know when to be serious and when not to be. You need, in my opinion, self control, as you don't want someone who can't control their power on the forums.
