They should be for the rest of the game now. It would be severely unfair to take it out any time within the near future.

At Gate of Desert Beach, talk to Mermaid Babe. You have to do her quest 25 times (15 hairpins each). Then you gain access to Mermaid Maps (must carry a pearl and black pearl to warp, but you don't lose them).

Nope... She is indeed in the South East. I just did all of her card quests.

The reward for the level 170+ quest is very nice, I admit, but by the time you're 170, you won't need TM because they haven't released all the skills yet XD
