When are they gonna put Level sections in PVP?

When are they gonna put different level sections in PVP like; Lvl 10 - 30 , 31 - 50 , 51 - 70 ?

I dont know if they already did it , but last time I checked it was a free for all, lvl 100s killing lvl 30s..

Sorry if they already did it, but im too lazy to re download the whole thing, level up to 20 then check just to see if they did it lol
