isn't trading MYSHOP items illegal? and still... why do people do it?

So...till eTO has really started banning them/etc, we still can have this list going on, no?? :/ [SideNote: There are really many players that are ready to exchange their hard earned galders just to enjoy myShop items, and big portion of them aren't able to apply for credit cards nor paypal. Point: Why can't we protect just a small portion of these players??]

Like Raine said, some players can't access MyShop. Maybe they can't afford real cash, or don't have credit cards, or have too many galders already. Some people, on the other hand, have lots of cash, but don't have that much galders (and not willing to spend time/effort making galders). The reason varies. While TO and MT discourages there transactions, the reality is it still happens. With that said, I believe these people stilll deserve some form of protection, or at the very least, a warning.

The majority of players are children who have no access to getting points. People are desperate to buy premium items with galder. I thought the staff said that it was not possible to carry out, and those who perpetuate this ideal are deemed scammers.

One reason has not been said. Some ppl (including myself), think it's a waste of money to spend real money on a game. The reason why most of the players play trickster it's because it's free. That been said, also u have to consider that MyShop items are overpowered items, and since Trickster DO have PvP, it's unfair for ppl who won't spend real money for the items. Since most of theppl in trickster come from Maple Story, I believe everyone will understand. On MS, the items don't give u any special stats, and still, LOTS of ppl buy them, without making the game unfair for free players. AND MS DON'T EVEN HAVE PVP!! Also, I see no reason why they would make it illegal to buy MyShop items from players by using galders. Everyone have to agree that Ntreev main objective with MyShop is to make money, so I ask, wouldn't they still make money even though ppl bought MyShop items with galder? After all, they're taking all their risks. And Ntreev can't lose money with that. Hell, it's a virtual game! All items are simple lines of code, they can make millions of them in a matter of seconds! Some ppl may say this is to avoid fraud when buying cash. But again I say, what would be the difference if simply there was NO WAY to gift MyShop items? If a flaw on the buying system came to everyone's knowledge, wouldn't ppl still fraud it for their own use? The way I see things, if players can spend real money to get overpowered items, they might as well spend real money to get tons of galder easily. It's less unfair than giving them boosted items. So concluding, such prohibition on in-game currency trades for real money items is simply irracional.

Well... most items arent "boosted" items. It wont make the user invincible in PvP/GvG or grant them super powered stats. Most items in MyShop are only SLIGHTLY better then the ones avalible to players. So, just because you use MyShop, that would not make you "all-powerful."

Dude, take MyShop pets for instance. They have better stats than event pets, and are available for every job, with their needed stats. I'm an HV coon, so AP and HV boosts my card strike dmg, and Christian was already a "boosted" pet for coon, and now Saya come out, giving uber 9HV + (forgot how much) AP... not to say on the other bonuses... Also, getting weapons, shields, helmets, with a WIDE variety of possible compounds, within 3 slots... I could have HV compounded in 9 slots, only considering shield+weapon+helmet. Honestly, I call that a BIG boost. And I won't even start talking about accessories...

hey guys if you want to know another scammer ask shmoo, he was scammed i just forgot the guys named. and just for a side note if you guys need myshop items from me, vexacon; i will help you as long as you are a good friend of these people, zidane_tribal, Lyrien~, Paladin, Focker123 and a few others; and if you think im a scammer check with them, mainly zidane, he has bought like 65 mill worth in items from me

@ Flash: Added Black-Dragon_BR to the list. Thanks for reporting. At least you only gave him 1mil as downpayment instead of 6.5m. :[ Geez, these people, as if you can't get 1mil from just drilling in less than an hour.

me on the other hand "finally" got myself hooked with "one of the Mastercard" that "actually work with paypal on purchasing items" [it's 1/5 mastercards, 0/2 visacards, 0/1 debitcard that actually work -___-;]

This is why I keep emphasising that "not everyone's location's creditcards are acceptable during the purchases from paypal" :/

Sidenote: I personally would use my own $$ for gifts to friends, pets & equips to self [which I think would worth it, since it's for collection + will be using it for a long time. As for gifts, since I can use my own $$, I buy my gifts to friends - just one of my persistent characteristics of sincerity/etc of those] However I've my eyes on "Store-more Permit", which I'm very reluctantly to spend my own $$ for it, hence I'm interested in getting them from any players :X [This is one of the item which I'm reluctantly to use my own $$ on it, as the cost is like equivalent to 6hrs of my rl salary, lawl xD so I prefer to live without it, IF there are no sellers/if ntreev have deemed all of this as ILLEGAL, since it's an optional item for me] =]

The one who scammed me was LionKingzz, and well he's on the list already. He got 16m from me. I did not take any screenies, I just reside in the thought that when these children/people/scammers die, Hell will devour their souls. Pity they traded their soul for galders. ._.
