| Started at Coral Beach? How to get to level 25. Gog's "If you started at Coral Beach" Lion leveling guide! (Also effective with many other classes): Drilling tip: Drill very often, and keep all high quality socks and swimming caps for a lower level quest (10ish). Also very useful for getting the level 10 equipment which will help you out a lot (fighting and money wise) Lvl 1-5: Fight on the map west from the town against Torrobies and Tottochis. Lvl 6-10: You can still level on the same map, but as you get closer to 10 you can go west another map and fight the Bustshells. Also on this map in the south east area there is a lifeguard NPC, where if you exchange 5 swimming caps he awards you with 1500 EXP and some money (you can do the quest 5 times). It is recommended to get into a party, or just start your own for mass EXP. From these levels and on, leveling on with a party is a must and if you can't get into one, just start one. Lvl 11-15: If you are in a good party with people around your level, go west on more map and fight the Little Cora and Cliones. EXP should be incredibly fast. Also on this map, is another NPC near the entrance to the volley ball field where you exchange 5 high quality socks for the same rewards and the lifeguard quest (Can also be done 5 times). If your TM level is not 15 by the time you are, drill a lot to get it up more, then fight out the rest of the difference. If your going to buy your gun now, make sure you have at least 10,000G (or wait till you go to the Coral Dungeon to dig your level 20 gun out) Lvl 15-20: From the Little Cora map, with your party go up and fight the Blue Penguins and Theifmon. As you near closer to level 20, lead your party back to the town and restock on drills, potions and then go North 2 maps. At the North East part of the map is the entrance to the Coral Dungeon. Inside are Real Golden Moles and Cone Stones. EXP should also be very quick. As you level, occasionally drill and if your lucky, you will get a lot of level 20 equips (including your gun!). Lvl 20-25: Go south east in the Dungeon until you reach the portal to the 2nd part of it. Just rush through it southeast until you reach the next portal to Aquaris (the Ghost Blue Town). If you go north east to the next map, fight the Armor Squirts and Popeyed Anemones. This area can also be great for soloing if you cannot get into a party or find members for yours. The Aquaris Monster Guild is also good experience. Lvl 25-30: Go up one map from the Anemones and you should fight Torpedo fish and Cora Pyupyu. Again, the Aquaris Monster quest is great for some extra EXP while you level normally. These levels should go pretty quickly. Lvl 30-40: There are a few great areas for these levels, an you should also get gun booster during this time! Now your gun should be doing more than double your normal damage, which saves you tons of money on bullets and potions. My two favorite areas were Southwest Forest and Southeast Forest. Southwest Forest is a little higher leveled that Southeast, but there is a great TM quest that you can do 5 times. where you kill 40 Forest Wasps in 25 minutes, giving 23000Tmxp. I tend to use a lot more potions at Southwest, but at Southeast the things are easy kills, and drop a lot more items, but only a little less EXP total (but at the rate you will be killing them, it could make up for that). Lvl 40-50: There are two good areas that I know of during these levels. Path to Oops Warf, and Seabed Field 1. Personally, I like Seabed Field 1 better. Everything there is killed in 3 shots, leading to mass EXP. Watch out for Merrow and Ghost Pirate's aggression, as it could get you into a fight that will just waste you bullets and potions. At this level, the Aquaris Monster Guild quests have 2 great ones, a TM quest where you kill 40 ghost pirates in 25 minutes, and one where you kill 50 Sirmaids in 30 minutes. If your stocked on potions and get there quick (Bunny Maid to gate), it should be no problem to finish them off. ~Updated 8/11/06~
