4141: eXXtreme builds for your FoXxX

You put all your points into LK so that you can crit a lot (whole point of a critastic fox) and so you can block most melee attacks which will aid your low HP. If you're worried about your damage, you should just try to get a sharp wepond and accessories that add AP and you shoulde be fine.

Like Nhi said you put your points in LK so you can critical more and block more. Blocking stops normal melee attacks from hitting you (not skills or magic though, but high LK makes magic miss more). If you go Pure LK, you can just smack on as much AP as possible.

In your early levels it is recommended that you mostly Stone Strike. It's much easier to get enough DA equipment for your Stone Strike to do more damage than melee whacking. And your DX won't be low enough for you to see super fast criticals. I moved onto just melee attacks when I reached the level 70 benchmark and got access to more MyShop stuff.

iUSECrits is a fairly high leveled Fox that works with the Critastic build.

(btw instead of using Sharp Weapons, you'll want ones with elemental attributes).

I tought we needed DX comps weapons. But I understood why elemental weapons.
Since I'm going to kill mainly with Stone Strike (until high lvls), Sixth Sense is a must in this build?

Oh you do need DX items. But for your sword its best to go for Elements for higher damage. After you pass like 0 DX, you won't attack much faster (not enough to surpass the damage Element weapons would provide anyways) so its best to go for a Element compounded sword.

Sixth Sense would make your life much easier so I would recommend it.

DX comps goes only for Gears?
Are there any accessories that decreases DX that foxes can use?
I know there are Possessed forks, and you can compound AP on it too.
If we could use that Nimble Ring (lvl 50, -2 DX) but they're just for power type.

I've compounded for a total of -27 DX on my North Wind Helm, Shield, and SWORD. This better attack fast as hell now. It is well beyond -8 DX. I also get a -2 DX from Boreas (could not get my hands on Lycan). Then we have -2 or -3 DX from accesory Red Marble Pouch and maybe Lycan's Charm if it lasts when I reach 70. For a total of -33 DX +5 DX base.

I have a lv 97 pure LK fox with dx equipment. My dx stat now is 2 + -26, and shes attacking like crazy ^^, High damage and really fast. I was lv ing normal ( do the quest most of the time, or collecting the quest's item from my main char which is lion ) till job change with lk equipment. After that I change with dx equipment. No matter how high is ur dx, if ur crit doesnt link there will be a crits delay. But if the crits is chain, U will do crits most of the time and I can say very fast and great to see. because U wont boring when U see ur fox doing crits twice per attack ( yes twice, its like double attack, only in crits mode and only fox can do this ) with high attack speed. 2+ -26 is already fast enough, and in my opinion is still average stat for dx, U can get higher than that. You will like ur fox and enjoy playing her. The bad thing is lots of monster have high luck coz of update patch so sometimes even low lv monster can block ur attack 4 times a row ( dont worry thats rarely happen tho )

Note : Sorry for my bad english >.< and yeah Im planning to get at least -33 dx from the gears when I reach lv 100.

ok so for a 4141 luck fox, do u really need to learn the gun skills? or do u learn Sm?

You learn the gun skills if you want to have better AC so you don't miss).

SM is only really there for leveling faster in the beginning imo.

I think lk crit/melee foxes have trouble on later levels with pvp,
at lvl 200. All other classes have high stats and high damage skills and since skills can't be blocked. How are we foxes suppose to survive that if we want to actually melee those classes?

For one, the melee fox is not a practical build

And i need some help with the skill builds.
I'm lvl 28 atm, and got lvl 5 Stone strike, and thats all...
So if u guyz can write some skill builds for me and why u choose to put each skill,that can rly help me! :)

Anyway,my main questions-

*Stone strike or\and Shuriken if I'm melle?
*Do I need those - "Gun Carrier (Acquire)
Invincible Reload (Acquire)
Gun Booster (Master)" if I'm melle?
*How importent is the Detect ability?

If you looked at the first post you can see that the guide creator already supplied you with a skill build. I'll add in why you need it though.

Stone Strike (Lv 10) - To level up quicker in the beginning, and you need it for Armor Destructor.
Gun Carrier (Acquire) - To unlock gun skills.
Invincible Reload (Acquire) - Not really sure. If it's a prerequisite for Gun Booster then get it. If it's not, then skip it.
Gun Booster (Master) - Increases AC so you can hit more often.
Armor Destructor (Lv 1) - Prerequisite for Lucky 7
Lucky 7 (Master) - Increases LK so you can crit and block more
Aura of Luck (Master) - Increases LK so you can crit and block more

Planning to create a Critical Lion 4141 (Pure LK)

Skills would be
Stone Strike (Master)
Sixth Sense (10)
Armor Destructor (1)
Lucky Seven (Master)
...
Gun Builds (?)
Lucky Fist (or whatever its called)

The Stone strike and 6th sense is for easy leveling to lvl 50 before i switch to meelee.

If you're wondering why i chose a lion over a fox,
1) I want to see how much damage a pure LK Lion can do with Lucky Fist
2) Being 4141, i'd be able to use a gun reasonably well, if i get tired of meelee.
3) and the last reason is that I already have 2 Foxes
(one SM build, one Cookie Cutter build)

you'd preety much have to alrdy made a lion high lvl them switch it to melle ,trying to melle with a lion is a #&%@#&%@#&%@#&%@#&%@ and without pumping an attk stat ur damg will suck with a gun or melle so a dx/lk lion is the ulitmate in high lvl bordum ,you can do it but why would you?

Well, i was comparing it with the critastic fox, which is 4141 Pure LK too, if i read it correctly.

But anyway, to answer your question, i believe everyone in this thread KNOWS that a DX/LK fox would suck compared to other overpowered characters or even standard fox builds. But i believe the reason we want to do this is because of the challenge and the novelty.

I hope this answers the "you can do it, but why would you?" =)
