Think that was in reference to the idea that there might be a level-based accuracy modifier...something that I still haven't discounted. I haven't felt much like playing lately so I haven't been able to test, since I'm not high enough level to use the same targets just yet.

In JWiki, it says SS is based off AC and HV. So if you have gun booster(+20ac) and sticky shoes(enemie's HV - 0.51 of your DA), your accuracy goes way up.

Slightly off topic, but even if you don't add any AC, you can still get most hits to land whether it be with Stone Strike or Shuriken Master.

Just hit the monster right after it either attempts to hit you, starts running, or from behind. Usually it'll hit, but it'll often miss if you didn't time the hit properly.

my lion lv69, 1144, pure AC, with godly AC equips, misses as much as my lv33 fox w/ SS. And the hit rate for SS still bums me out... its such a great skill...:blink
