Q: What raises a Lion's damage?
A: AC raises it by 20, where GUN AP raises it by 1.

Q: What do you mean by gun AP?
A: When you raise your normal AP, through stat points, it will not affect your gun damage. Only AP that is listed on a gun will affect your damage.

Q: Why shouldn't a Lion use stone strike/shuriken master?
A: Lion second job skills are mainly gun based.

Q: What is the reload time on guns?

Q: Does delay affect reload time?
A: No.

Q: 4141 or 1144 build?
A: In my opinion, 1144 is better. This is because defence has 3 sub-stats that help you, rather than the 1 a 4141 gets.

Is it worth mastering lucky 7? Like will it interfere with maxing any of the 2nd jobs skills as fast as possible?

If it assists your accuracy,yes, your EQs give AC and defense, putting LK would compromise them.

Mmmmmm... I prefer 3142 personally. I put more importance on offend rather than defend. Though I will be in a pretty bad shape after a fight, but I normally knock the enemy down before they knock me down, so I won't get hurt so badly.
On the other hand, I just need to get more high DP and HP items to make up the lost in Charm type stats. But 1144 need to get more high AC equip. Compare these two kinds, high AC is definitely much more expansive and harder to get .

3142 or 2143...
it's all good there, both combat ready...
unlike 1144 which is really low on damage and preferrable for a fox build
and the 1441...which...i think...has not been made...unless you want to try?

Rarely, to be honest...

How many times do u see ppl selling good helm?
Define a good helm, I see decent ones often, but nothing really great, and there aren't many often sold that are very nice AC-wise. The 'melon' event seems to have helped that though.

How many kinds pet or acc add AC without spamming lots of useless AP?
The AP is useless, but doesn't HARM you. There are few pets that add good AC, mostly you'll go through about 3~4 pets only between lvl 1~100, since there isn't much in the form of AC. MyShop wise, the difference is amazing however.

How many kinds of pet or acc offer incredible DP & HP?
Not many. HP is something you mostly have to comp for. Pets seem to focus mainly on 'offensive stats', like AP, AC, MA, and such, while rarely focusing primarily on HP or DP. They will generally have a decent amount of HP/DP, but not an incredible amount.

Personally, I view 3142 as a build for new players while 1144 are for financially stable players.
Quite the opposite. 1144 are for people who can be safe without too many problems, AC isn't really that expensive, and around 6x~7x, 1144 isn't tooooo far of from a 3142, since the majority of AC comes from your equipment anyhow. Going 2143 you always have enough HP (Until around 8x, where it starts becoming a problem, but only a slight one), to always survive a few hits before being ko'd on whatever you train on.
High AC builds would be for less financially stable characters, as they are outputting damage easier, and don't have to pay as much for the damage, so they can train faster. They'll be glass for quite some time, but the truth is, you'll normally train one map away from a gate/town for the first 60~70 levels, so it's not a long walk back, and the loss of experience is barely notable.

If you're poor, go 4411/3142. If you have cash to waste on trying to play 'catch up', go 2143/1144. I'm 2143, and don't really regret it too much. The HP I'd lose(630) by going 3142, wouldn't be a gigantic deal at my lvl(87), but it also wouldn't add much AC(6) at all.

630 HP is barely worth 120(324 PowerShot) damage, but that's between every person. That's also 6 more AC I'd have to get to meet up to that standard.

I'm assuming you are saying 4141, however, thats still not very realistic.
In guides, they stress how much fund you need to be 4141 and the lack of HP blah blah. NO. You do not need insane funding but you still substantial
amout of cash to get that pop pendant/GMV. Not recommended for a beginning player or a rather poor lion. True that AC constract is not much between the builds, 25 difference between every build actually at level 100, still the difference is big.
