Leveling Help?!?!?

hi im sorda new at this game but my question is where should i go to lvl at lvl 17+ cause i cant wait to get atleast lvl 25 so i can get invicible reload... then 40? for load on the move? any ideas on where i should go to get some lvls quickly? i appricate it!
