Question about skills

I read in talby's post about 2nd job skills and stuff that seemed pretty interesting. Was wondering if anyone has skill specs and pre req's so we would know what skills we want and what to get early on. I know it quite a bit of work but it would be greatly apprieciated by me and im sure many others.
