well this type will be really hard until you learn the skill power-shot since you are really weak but when your against boss 1:1 and Guild Wars Good enough Tankness! Mobbing Fun! bad part is you need to have 60 levels of TM to learn power shot but you need patience for a perfect char so i rate this 10/10

It sounds like a fixed-damage skill if it can make a tank do some hard hits

Power shot is a second job skill wih 260% attack power, and a 1.5 second cooldown rate, when mastered.
Basically, decent damage, low mp consumption, low cooldown rate.
