I need some help

Umm I just started playing trickster and I have been reading up on guides but I never understood what 4132 meant. I know that each level, you get 4 points to distribute but how come 4132 adds up to 10? Can someone explain to me what I should add each level plz ty.

yea they use drilling alot a buffalo would be a good starter
