| Another thing i want to know is how fast are timed criticals? The damage text takes forever to disappear. Does that mean that time criticals are slow? Lastly, is there a faster way of doing constant criticals? | | (Offline)

It doesn't take forever to disappear.
Timed Crits aren't exactly slow. Again, it depends on the gun.
Yes, Spam skills.

Current Mood: | yes you can. timed crits is only a THING gunners can use to add that extra pump with the last hits or 2HKOing a monster.
finally mastered timed crit with Compounder Gas Gun. Lol

Current Mood: | hmm... i wonder if this method is correct...... i don't think it's RIGHT after the text disappears, it's either 0.25-1 sec after the text disappear or maybe there ISN"T anything to do with the disappearance of the text, it might be something to do with the reload guage..... (someone told me, i will experiment this and see who's right, but i have been doing shots with this method, it's either rarely works or never works..... (no offence here) i will try the reload guage method then i might create another thread with the correct method

Current Mood: | Reload guage has to be right, how else is it possible to normal crit with your first bullet?

Current Mood: | It's somewhat useful for lower levels. And it's not a formal skill.
It was extremely useful in Beta, where we didn't have the job advancement(Lions didn't have attacking skills. Lion population was low, excluding hackers).
It's the only way Lions can crit with normal shots, making use of Keen Sense. | | (Offline)

| It's still (somewhat >_>) useful now, especially if you run low on MP pots while grinding or if you meet someone with ultra high LK low on pots in pvp (timed crits don't miss, LK difference is gun accuracy). The downside is it's super slow compared to skills so don't expect a quick KO. | | (Offline)

Current Mood: | This does lead me to wonder how effective are some Lion builds that work towards a combination of timed crits, keen sense and extremely high DA (Or hybrid AC and DA)...

Current Mood: | i dunno...
even if my gauge has reloaded, the damage is still there...
but when the damage does disappear...it does certainly do a crit damage...
there is another technique for lions, double shot, and combined, double crit shot...
and by double shot, i don't mean the skill and it need quick reload

| currently i don't have quick reload
i find that if i move and wait for my gun to recharge
even if i click around the same time the dmg fades off the screen(as i do on a non-moving crit shot)
it doesnt crit. so... that would mean i cant kite(a little) and do the crit-shot thing when i don't have quick reload , or i still need more practice on the timing
and waiting for the crit doesnt seem to be worth the wait
i probably can fire much faster and do more dmg as opposed to me waiting for the timed crit shots.
am i missing something here ?
