Training for 11X DA lion.

As the title says. I know Path to snowhill is the most reasonable and logical explanation to this, but is there any other places where I could train just as efficiently as Path to snowhill?

I am Pure DA, have only DA equips (low hp, 3.4k) And can really pack damage (don't have myshop).

I appreciate any suggestions or thoughts.

Normally your level would train in Path to Snowhill with Jokers and Bug Bears. If your equipment is above average, you can try Snowhill Field 3 against Santa Bears. If you want to try something different, you can go to Machine Room in Phantom School vs Nightmare, but you'll mostly see Lions and other males there most of the time.

Tech 1 is decent for Gun and Magic Types, but I rarely see Physical Types (including Fox) in there. There is a TM quest for you to do if you haven't done it already.
