About Precise Pitch....? -need suggestions...

Hi I'm a trying out a DA fox and I'm just not so sure about if I should get precise pitch for shuriken master.

Does it make it "that" much better?

or is it just as waste of tm point??

Please let me know what you guys think I should do.
