Does Lucky Fist still do decent damage with an AC build?

" Lucky Fist " is what the skill's called in MyTricksterWiki.


I've heard a LK build is best for optimal damage from Lucky Fist. But I'm curious if an AC build can still make decent use of it. Or is pure LK an absolute must?


I'm not concerned with whether or not Lucky Fist is a " good " skill for an AC build. I'm asking if it can still do worthwhile damage with an AC build.

Could anyone please offer some insight to Lucky Fist?

Well, I'm level 200 and I have level 10 lucky fist/pistol whip. I tested it on torobbies without any buffs.

Pistol Whip/Lucky Fist, level 10
6805 crit to a torobbie w/o buffs
4537 normal to a torobbie w/o buffs

with lucky 7:
10681 crit
7121 normal

with lucky 7 and 10 anniv:
11410 crit
7607 normal

and to compare

Butt Plate level 10
12955 crit to a torobbie w/o buffs
8637 normal

I think pure ACs do more damage with a horrible skill like butt plate than with lucky fist! Then on the other hand, I did have AC gear on at the time I did this... also, the more hp the enemy has, the more lucky fist would do. I don't think torobbies were a good example. >.>

So, to conclude, I don't think Lucky Fist would do "worthwhile damage" for a pure AC lion, unless you have amazing LK gear.

Well I don't know much but I seen some lions use it on coons for some good damage. Due to coons having a lot of hp. @_@
So basically, lucky fist depends on LK somewhat but it also depends on how much hp your target has.

let say.. if lion has over 200LK with LK EQuips of course and almost 100++ AC base nd Some AC (for Booster)

it would deal more Damge if u LK fist nd More HP at the target

and The Butt plate is a Damage base for AC means more AC u can dealt more damage??

Soooooooo.... it is important to have decent AC as well...
