Skill Mastery Question

Another quick question by me x.x. Anyways, i want to know if Sticky Foot, Sticky Icky, and Armour Destructor are worth mastering. If they are, I plan on mastering them after i get and master more important skills(Hide, Sudden Attack, new 2nd job skill, etc.). If it helps I'm pure DA.

Those debuffs are mainly for pvp and bossing, so if you don't do either of them, then just master the ones that you want.
