2143 Lion: Pure AC or AC/LK?

I'm a 14x 2143 Lion. I added all AC so far, but I'm wondering if I should add LK to help me in pvp/gvg. I'll be at the same training grounds for a while..

Also, if someone could suggest some good LK eq for me that would be greatly appreciated ;-;

If you plan to pvp with 2143 AC build, you better make damn sure to have some godly LK gear. I myself was 2143 AC up until 22x. My base LK sucked (56 @ 227) and my LK gears had some of the worst comps. And I dont recharge too much, so I couldnt ever Nate my gears.


I got a friend to gift me a Point Back All while they were still cheap for the winter sale, and I switched my points around to favor LK more. Im not pure LK though. 10 levels higher, my base LK is now 100+. Sure, my AC dropped a bit, but even in full AC gears, I still get a good 300+ LK, which is a considerable change from what I had before.


In short, 2143 AC really only works if you have the MyShop to back it. I know I sure didnt :/


I only lasted as long as I did because of MyShop. As better things came out, it became harder and harder to compete with everyone else, even when I had the sets too. Nyxx/Noxx was around the point it started going downhill lol.



As far as LK gears go... MyShop-wise, Id say the Planetary sets, or try your luck with the Lucky Boxes while theyre out. Ingame equipment-wise.... Uh, lolz? If you plan to pvp/gvg, its kinda pointless to deck out in non-myshop gear when almost everyone else will have myshop lol.

Well i suggest u add with full AC but using full LK equips. So its kinda balance, LK and AC. My lion used to be like that but i changed it to 4141 >.>

Well, I mean, full AC 2143 phails at pvp without awesome equipment to support it lol.

2143 is just plain... erm, no offense but worthless.

That one point lost in charm makes all the difference when you cant...

1: Use a shield.
2: It BARELY makes anything better.

If your gonna be a AC and LK build, 1144 3AC/1LK will work. Or hell, even 3142 1AC/3LK.

Personally my new lion will be neither.

@Flame, you know, theres a lot of people that have builds others call 'garbage' or 'useless' and they can own in pvp .__. So really its just how you play and gear up. And no, Im not 'LOL DEFENDIN MAH BUILD,' Im just pointing out that more than a few viable regulars in pvp are not cookie cutter builds >_>



EDIT: Also, hes not asking if the build is junk or not, he wants to know what he should add into his points and what kind of LK eq he should use >_>;

Actually, you can just do what I did to decide, use Zeg's character simulator (Linked on the wiki front page) and distribute your points in different ratios. Maybe it'll help you decide how much LK and AC to add to suit your needs. At this stage even a 2:2 rate would still be fairly effective, especially since you have mostly AC gear.

Well, I comped my Ruby Shades and got 8/7/4. I lvl'd a bit and did 2AC/2LK. I did quite well for a 14x against a bunch of 18x-2xx dragons..Thanks Veil. ^_^ I have 243 Luck nows.
