so im lvl 90 using a lvl 3 Master titan gun with 267 Ap and 13 ac.

would it be better or worse to buy a 400+ ult metal gun with only 6 ac or so. should i just keep the titan gun? i have 18 m to buy a gun, what should i do. thanks in advance for your post.

Definitely keep the titan gun, unless you can refine an ult metal to have like 500+ AP O_O

I've had a similar situation before. Had two weapons: an ultimate metal gun with 401 AP and 5 AC, and a master titan gun with 246 AP and 17 AC. The Master Titan gun did around 1k more damage with powershot due to the AC increase (400 AP and 5 AC = 400+100 added gun damage, while 246 AP 17 AC = 246+340 damage to regular shots, and with PS the damage difference will be even greater damage, since PS multiplies your gun damage).

The thing is, AC is going to factor more than AP into gun damage. Unless you can find a very-high AP gun or refine a gun to high AP, chances are a gun with much more AC will outdamage one that has more AP but godforsaken AC.

thanks riyokku, lotsa help, now i wanted to ask if i should continue refining my titan gun, i have 2 repair powders left, should i go for it, i have like 18 m to buy stones so no need to worry about if i can afford it or not, so what do u think?

What level is your gun refined to? If it's still at level 0 (unrefined, and I don't remember the min value of a master titan o_O), you can risk refining the gun up to level two. But after that I think you will need more repair powders to repair the gun if it happens to break (my bamboo gun broke at level 5, and I had 4 repair powders since I used one to repair it after it broke at level 1....I needed 5 to repair the darn gun :inf: )

oh, and another question i wanted to ask, once u mess up the refining, does it break or u just cant refine anymore?

Pretty sure it's one repair powder per level refined (thus a level 3 gun needs 3 repair powders if broken, level 4 needs 4, etc. etc.)

Not entirely sure about this though, since I don't refine my items often =x. Pretty sure if you look around, you'll find the answer somewhere ._.

If you mess up, it means it breaks. For myshop equipment, if you break your equipment you can still use it. Sadly, for non-myshop equipment, if it breaks...you can't use it at all unless you repair it.

If you want to risk it, go ahead, though it's best you have more repair powders in hand before you try...otherwise the only thing left to do is cross your fingers and hope for the best o_o

Don't risk the gun you'll be using if you don't have enough powder. Only pull risks like that, when it's
1)Future guns that you have time to repair or replace
2)A backup gun (You have 2 of the same kind)

i have 18 m to spend, what do u guys think is the best way for my to gain maximum damage? im using like a 1046 hp gmv which i bought for 11 m, and a 1.7 hp pop pendant for like 7 m, and i have 18 m left to buy something that will help me out on damage, any suggestions?

Depends on your build and your equipment.

While having high base-AC is one thing about some lions, I find that the majority of the damage of lions generally come from high-AC equipments (people who reach over 500 AC probably have like a third or so of base AC and then the rest of the AC comes from gun booster and equipment). Thus a 1144 could do more damage than a 4141 if they can refine/comp your equipments to have very high AC.

Course, the opposite is always possible. It kind of goes down to whoever's got the best equipment out there, not the base stats. Because if everyone followed the same cookie-cutter builds, they'll pretty much have the same base stats =/

now, possible reasons why you're doing less damage are either:
1- your equipment's AC comps or refinement aren't as high as that of others
2- your build differs in such a way that naturally others have more base AC
3- you're not pure AC (I'm not saying you aren't, but if you didn't put all bonus points into AC, it usually results in having weaker gun damage), and I highly doubt this, unless you're AC/LK hybrid or something
4- other people use mylulz--er, myshop

As for the 4th one...I'm not saying if you don't use myshop, it means you're weak. It's just that with myshop...it's so much easier to gain more strength than you already have since myshop EQ naturally has high-stats =/

Takes less time to get powerful with myshop. It's possible to out-power myshop with in-game items, but it takes a lot more time and effort =/

Now, possible things you can do besides buying myshop are to get AC-compable accessories, like a rythmic earing or no-no ring. If you have the money, you could try to get the items you need to get a double-wing rumia pet (those pets aren't tradable, and they take a long time to get =/), although this will be an incredibly tough feat unless you get really lucky (although worth it since it will add 10 AC when you're able to use it, which is much more than all of the non-myshop pets as of now)

and your right, i kinda messed up my points a bit, i this was my old main, and i accidentally put in ap ac and luk. any item suggestions for lvl 90. i have a 16 ac almond hat ( nasty), 1046 hp gmv, 1700 pop pendant, 246 ap 13 ac titan gun, megalo pet, but im prolly gonna buy a rocker ignis. any suggestions to improve this

Eh, no need to change your build...best thing to do is either get a point back all and put all AC, or go AC/LK hybrid or something. Either that or you can just get tons of AC equips. Like I said, the majority of AC for those gunners with high-AC generally come from equipments that comped very high for AC.
