Massive Lion Overhaul

I need some serious help with my Lion. It's so currently piss-poor that I had to go make a Coon and go play that because it was so depressing playing my Lion. Probably so depressing playing it because of all the new MyHax which makes it so horrible as compared to when it was 200 Pre-Revo. Currently its:

Scientist @ Level 206 2143 Pure AC
Base AC 126
Base LK 51

Mst. Cruel Gun 668 AP 23 AC
Kooh Hat 24 AC
Smooth Hat 17 LK
Agate Guardian 22 AC
Poppuri Pendant 1.8k HP
Golden Mole Vest 1.3k HP
Scholar Tsun
Tree Mask 14 LK

Max AC I can get while keeping my HP decent in 126+117 and best LK I can get while keeping HP decent is 51+117. (And when I say decent HP I mean only 8.3k)

So I'm wondering, should I buy a Point Back All and put points back into LK instead. Also I'm planning on buying a Mercury set and of course putting AC on the gun, but should I put LK or AC on the Hat?

Also as you can see, I comped most of my stuff during the "Nate is Emo" period and Queen wasn't gracious enough to bless me with a Cape, Gun, or Helm.
