| DA effects Mini Compounding (aka Item Synthesis). This is effected when compounding with Compounder Paul. The more DA you have, the higher success rate when compounding. DA does not effect Refining. Refining has it's own fixed rate. The higher level your equipment, then the lower success rate of refine.
LK effects Mature Compounding (aka Equipment Synthesis). This is when you take items and compound them into your equipments. Talk to Compounder Nate to synthesize. Back before Trickster Revolution, LK did show improvements of compounding, but after the first Compounder Nate event, LK barely shows results, even for Pure LK characters.
If you're a Sense Type, don't bother getting Compound Master. For some reason, even when mastered, the skill doesn't show improvements at all, or made things worse. |
