How Do I Use My Gun?

i am a sense type, i bought the skill card, but for some reason it wont light up like the rest, does any1 have an idea how?

You need to be the proper TM level, and you need to have enough TM points. At TM5(6?) you can use the skill (Granted no other points wasted), and you can use your first gun.

it means that your TM level is not enough to learn the skill...

or u have insufficient TM points to learn the skill
